Fixperts acquired into the French national collection

The Cnap (Centre National des Arts Plastiques) collection is one of the largest public collections in Europe with over 100,000 works collected since 1792. Can we just say that again, 1792.

They have decided that Fixperts, the creative learning programme we developed and now manage, is of sufficient note to be acquired. They’ve just taken Fixperts learning materials, introductory films and a small selection of showcase projects into their permanent collection.

No we can’t believe it either. We’d like to think its because the world is ready to question our relationship with the material world and how it needs to be completely re-set, starting with education. Sadly we think that’s a way off, but bof alors, we’re very happy with this as an indicator of some small progress.
