Creative Leadership study

National Trust reviews its need for in-house creative skills with community engagement in mind

Our strategy lead, Dee Halligan, worked with the National Trust over several years on an agenda they term ‘new audiences and new spaces’. This specific brief explored their need to build their capacity and deliver creative approaches to their destination sites in house. Through a participatory process, working nationally and through all levels of the organisation, we reviewed needs, made recommendations, and designed and prototyped tools for internal use in teams.

Developing flexible, responsive and creative behaviours that todays cultural organisations need to thrive.
