Green light for tower with a public benefit hub

The City of London has approved its third tower in less than a month after planners this morning gave the green light to a 38-storey scheme by Danish architect 3XN for British Land’s Broadgate development.

Forth worked on an innovative ‘Open Learning Hub’ will be provided as a way for local communities to access the City’s knowledge and expertise through formal learning programmes, informal networks and talks from institutional providers.
